A Sweet Tradition Returns to Turin
DOLCISSIMArte, a manifestation that dresses the city in the aromas and flavors of the finest artisanal pastry, will return to Turin from November 6th to 9th, 2025. Conceived by ASCOM Confcommercio Torino e Provincia and EPAT, the event celebrates Piedmontese excellence in all its forms, bringing together master pastry chefs who blend tradition and modernity.
An Itinerary of Taste and Art
DOLCISSIMArte offers a journey dedicated to the culture of taste and the art of confectionery. Piedmontese masters will present cakes, pastries, creams, and biscuits in a dialogue between generations, from workshops with over a century of history to new contemporary concepts.
Live Demonstrations in the Heart of Turin
On November 7th and 8th, DOLCISSIMArte extends into the streets of the city center with an experiential tour dedicated to master pastry chefs at work. Visitors can witness live shows of creations being made in front of the public, including decorations, glazes, and sweets in preparation. Shop windows transform into open-air laboratories, while the streets fill with the scents of sugar and chocolate.
Turin Awakens to the Aroma of Sugar and Chocolate
Turin awakens to the scent of sugar and chocolate as DOLCISSIMArte pays homage to Piedmontese artisanal pastry, unique in Italy for its focus on regional products. For four days, until November 9th, Turin becomes a widespread laboratory where history, taste, and creativity intertwine.

For three days, Spoleto becomes the setting for an exciting journey through sweets, promising tasting and educational experiences for everyone, from food enthusiasts to journalists, chefs, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals.
